Cookies are actually an excellent subject for learning to sketch and paint in color, because their cookie-ness is defined entirely by texture and color, not lines. Working in color is a skill I almost managed to go thirty years without picking up — but am now trying to fix, thanks to COOKIES.
So there is justification for cookies.
But I don’t know if there’s any justification for this.
